Philodendron Cordatum Lime – Picture shows in an 8″ hanging basket
Light: Low – Bright Indirect
Water: 2 – 3 Weeks
Pet Friendly: No
Philodendron cordatum lime thrives in medium to bright indirect light. You can also easily grow them in low light. However, the growth of the plant will be slower and watering will be less frequent. Please let the soil get 90%-95% dry between watering. The watering is somewhat between 2 – 3 weeks as every house is different in terms of heat, humidity, and light. It is highly recommended to use room temperature water to water your plants as we do not want to shock the roots with hot or cold water. Philodendrons are tropical plants and love high humidity. A regular misting will make the plant very happy and healthy. However, they can be grown in room humidity without any issues.
The Philodendron cordatum lime is a vibrant and beautiful houseplant. The heart-shaped and bright neon-yellow colored leaves are everyone’s favorite. This plant brightens up any corner of the house. Philodendron cordatum lime is native to the rainforests of South America. With the proper growing condition and care, this is a fairly easy houseplant to successfully grow indoors. This is a vining philodendron that grows very well with the support of a moss pole or just hanging from a basket.

Many are grown as ornamental and indoor plants. The name derives from the Greek words Philo- or “love, affection” and dendron or “tree”.
