Shipping Policy

plantforsoul (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://plnatforsoul.ca) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically
Plantforsoul only ships on Mondays. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 9 business days. Due to Covid-19, there have been delays and the transit time is longer than usual.

Transit time Internationally
Currently, we are not shipping outside of Canada.

Dispatch Time

Due to Covid-19, there have been delays in shipping and we are only shipping on Mondays to keep shipment days to a minimum.*

Orders are usually dispatched within two weeks of payment of the order. Our store operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping
plantforsoul will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the courier service and resolve the issue.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please take pictures before and after opening the package and contact our customer service within 24 hours of arrival of the plants.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Cancellations and Refund

After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping. The order can be cancelled providing the products have not been boxed, serviced, or shipped. If products have been ordered with service options and the item has been serviced the order can not be cancelled at that time.
In the case of local pickup or local delivery, if the order is not not picked up or not yet out for delivery from the store, customer may request for cancellation. However, credit card, bank or payment processor’s fee will be deducted (between 3% to 10% depending the payment methods you choose).

Non-delivery or wrong address information provided Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

* We are not responsible for reshipment or redelivery if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete.

* If you’re refused to sign the order, we will charged 20% as handle fees, if the package has been restored several times after unsuccessfully delivery (due to your absence or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete us), we will need 20% shipping.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
