SHIPPING INFORMATION

It’s all in the box! We have worked tirelessly to create, test, drop, throw and re-test our box and packaging materials. We never stop doing it actually, having your plant and pot arrive in one piece is paramount to us. The custom made box, inner sleeve that wraps around the product, a pot base that holds the centre of your pot in the centre and a riser to protect the base of your pot. These components allow the pot to stay in one place and therefore not crushing the plant if it gets flipped upside down.

If your box arrives and the contents inside are compromised from travel please connect with us right away and we will make things right.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods such as Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex and Local Delivery. You may also chose to pick up from our store.

We are currently shipping in Canada only.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped with link trackable link. You can also log into your plantforsoul account at https://plantforsoul.ca/my-account/ and find all your order information. Click on “Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is.

We want to move as fast as we can to get your plant and pot to you! Since we are shipping live plants we try to be tactful in when we ship orders to eliminate any extra time your plant spends in the box. Our timelines depend on a few factors: When you place your order, the type of weather that the shipping box will be exposed to and the plant and pot of choice. Normally, we prepare orders on Sunday night and ship it out on Monday morning. For Ontario and Quebec clients sometimes we ship plants as soon as we get the order. For local delivery we try to deliver at the same day or next day.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your request for a shipping address change. We try our best to get orders out the door quickly, so the sooner you can let us know, the better!

We require that every order going to a unique address is a separate order. This allows our processing time to be as efficient as possible.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed.

We respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website and service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients have engaged us.

The security of your information is very important to us.
All data transmissions between you and online store ( including the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information ) are encrypted using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Since all payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal and Gpay, we don’t receive any of your payment information. Therefore, the online store databases don’t store any customer credit card information.
We store your contact details that may be needed when we are fulfilling your order. This information is only available to our staff and we will never share this information with any third parties.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Please contact us as soon as possible with your change or cancellation. We will do everything we can do update your request. Since we are busy packing plants please allow for 48 hours in response time.

If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer email, chat, web form and Toll free as contact method.

Once your order is placed online we receive it in our queue. From there we pick, pack and ship your beautiful plant so it can get to you as quickly as possible! You will be provided with tracking information and a link to our shipping carrier site that will allow you to receive text or email updates on the journey of your plant. If you need any further assistance regarding your order please reach out with your order number in the subject line.

If you are in the neighborhood then Yes! Depending the day and time your order. Morning orders are most likely to be delivered in same day. Order that needs courier normally shipped on every Monday morning.

To purchase 10 or more plants for a special event, occasion or just because you’re really into plants, awesome! We would love to help you with your order and find a way to make the delivery structure and packaging more mindful. Send us an email or chat with us and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a response.

With any living being there is variation in all of us! Your plant will come with it’s own character, color vibrancy and leaf variegation (graphic leaf patterns). With time and environmental factors your plant may reinvent it’s look many times during it’s lifecycle. If you are unsure of the look of your plant please send us an email, along with photographs and we will try our best to address any questions you may have.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. Send an email along with photographs of shipping box along with your purchase. Please include your order number in the subject line.

if you like an item on our website but the item is out of stock. Don’t worry! Just subscribe to the particular product by filling out you email address and tick the privacy policy and click email me when available. As soon as we restock them you will get an email notification right away.

To be qualified for local delivery with a fee or free delivery you have to be within certain zone. To check simply add the product to your cart and fill out your City, Province and Postal code and you will be able to see shipping cost / delivery cost associate with your order. Refer the the screenshot. Simply select your preference and you are good to go.
