SHIPPING INFORMATION
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on plantforsoul and the geographical location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods such as: Purolator, Canada Post, Fedex, Local Delivery, Plantrunz Delivery and Local Pickup.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your plantforsoul account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is. You can also send an email to find out about your order. If you have chosen plantrunz delivery then you will have to contact them directly for the order status.
Here at plantforsoul, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 4 business days depending on what state you reside in from the date your order was placed. You may also track your order once it has shipped by signing into your plantforsoul account and clicking the “My Orders” button. Normally, plantforsoul ship out all the order between Monday to Wednesday via express courier such as Purolator express or CandaPost Xpress. If you chosen local delivery it will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 days. Plantrunz delivery depends on your location between few days to biweekly delivery.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. We also accept E-transfer payment method. This option will display during checkout.

It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients have engaged us.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
1. Click and open and verify the item you would like to buy then chick Add to cart . If you are placing the order during winter season and you want us to ship the item to you then you may need to select WINTER PACKAGING option.
2. Total cost without shipping /delivery cost will display in this page. Please click Proceed to Checkout. Local pickup / Shipping / Delivery option will display in the next page.
3. In this page you will have to enter your Contact information and shipping and billing address. As soon as the shipping address is entered you will be able to see the shipping / delivery cost.
4. Select your prefer shipping option and then select your Payment options. We have two payment options available. a. Credit card 2. Email Money transfer.
If you choose Credit card then fill up the credit card information and click Place order.
If you choose Email Money Transfer then after selecting click Place Order. You will receive an instruction how to e-transfer the payment to us.
Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax.
Get your receipt via email
During checkout under the shipping options you will see Add to existing order / Group order. Please select this option only if you are adding an item to your existing order and they are not yet shipped. Please note that additional payment maybe required depending the size and weight of your additional item. If we already shipped the item then you will not be able to get advantage of this feature.
